Em’s perfect day outside of making sure businesses put their finances and profit first, would be grabbing a bag of fiction books, an esky of snacky foods and going off grid to a tiny house with a view to enjoy the peace and quiet. In reality, she travels with her family, walks early in the morning to keep her sanity and likes to find and support local and Australian businesses.
Known for her ability to talk underwater with a mouth full of marbles, luckily she’s just as good at listening. Emma is also famous for overcommitting to baking—like the time she whipped up 150 cookies for a friend's baby shower the night before—but she stands by her choice.
